This app helps you keep track of important aspects of your life with almost no effort. You can start using it straight away, and you can at any time easily tailor it to your own individual circumstances and priorities.

It regularly asks you multiple-choice questions about your situation and activities, and stores your answers privately on your phone or tablet. The app is designed so that your answers are not visible to anyone but you.

You can at any time view clear charts and summaries of your previous answers, broken down by topic, over different time periods. You can see your progress in the different aspects of your life, and how closely they are linked to each other.

The app contains built-in topics covering many lifestyle themes, including exercise, diet quality, mood, social life and many more. You can choose from these, and you can supplement them with topics and questions you design yourself, to cover your own specific situation, activities and programmes.

As well as showing your progress in areas that are important to you, the app helps you keep those things at the front of your mind.

The focus is on trends rather than numbers, and on long-term gains and balance rather than short-term targets.

The app has been specially designed to take only a few seconds of your time each day, so that you are more likely to keep using it and gain its benefits. If you wish, the app will alert you when questions are due, so there is nothing to remember, and the built-in questions are quick and easy to answer. You control what’s asked, and when.

You can add your own notes at any time, and these are pinned to progress charts at the appropriate point.

This app protects your privacy, because you will gain the most benefit knowing that you can answer even sensitive questions honestly. Therefore, the app does not send anything to the internet - and does not even require an internet connection - unless you specifically request the storage of a cloud backup of your questions and answers.
